Ingredients (serves 2)

Greek yogurt - 2 cups
Honey - 2 tbsp
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
Chopped strawberries - 1/4 cup
Blueberries - 1 tbsp
Raspberries - 1 tbsp
Fresh fruits and muesli (for topping) - a handful

Method

1. Blend all ingredients except topping and chill for 2 hours.
2. Garnish with muesli/nuts/fruits or any topping of your choice and enjoy a healthy breakfast.
