Lemon Basil Fish in Banana Leaf

Lemon Basil Fish is a Thai inspired dish, wherein the fish is smeared with an aromatic paste made primarily with basil laves and lemon juice. The fish is then wrapped and cooked in banana leaves.  Any type of fish can be used in this recipe; however, being summer season, my favorite is Basa as it doesn't feel heavy on the palette. Also, I prefer going with fillets, you can use any cut of your choice. Now, lets get started with the recipe. Hello Everyone, today I am here with a very simple yet a very delicious and healthy breakfast recipe - Mango Oats Smoothie .  Its summer time and in such scorching heat, I mostly prefer taking a very light yet filling and healthy meal in my breakfast, which mostly consists of idli chutney , a light vegetable sandwich, poha, sooji upma, vermicelli vegetable upma etc. Lately, this list has got a very easy and delicious addition - fruit smoothies. Made with some overnight soaked oats, yogurt, milk and fruit puree, it comes out really tasty and at the same time, is quite filling which keeps you full for a long time. Hey Folks, how have you all been? First of all, my apologies for being away for a long time. Truly speaking, I had missed this space to the core of my heart and it feels so good to be back again. So, to start with, here's this super moist and delicious Banana Chocolate Cake that I baked yesterday after a long hiatus. I had some overripe bananas lying in my pantry so just thought of putting them to a good use by baking this utterly yummy cake.
