After thinking a lot, eventually I ordered one and these " potato corn balls " are the first thing that I made using the same. To my surprise, it exceeded my expectations with a perfect crisp texture from outside and a soft, melt-in-mouth texture on the inside. Moreover, a total guilt-free appetizer, me and my family fully enjoyed it to our heart's content. For me, this gadget turned out to be one of the best buys till date and I am surely gonna try it for making other guilt free recipes too like fritters, cutlets, samosas and kachoris; stay tuned and until then enjoy these healthy

Khatte Meethe Pethey ki Sabzi | Sweet & Sour White Pumpkin

Petha !! well I know most of the people hate eating petha or kaddu. Especially if I talk about children, they always shy off such healthy green vegetables. In my case too as a kid, I never liked it much until my Mum came up with this finger-licking version of the same that simply tasted divine with a perfect balance of sweetness, sourness and spiciness. Since then, one of my absolute favorites, I often make it now for lunch during the weekends and enjoy it with crisp pooris or even plain parantha and some boondi raita on the side. This is also one of the most demanded delicacies at my home during the Navratri fasts. Sans of garlic, onion and some of the whole spices, it still tastes delectable and makes for a real treat paired with kuttu ke atte ki pooris and plain yogurt. I will be sharing both fasting and non-fasting versions; do try and you certainly won't be disappointed.      Khatte Meethe Pethey ki Sabzi Ingredients White pumpkin (petha/sitaphal,) - 500 g

Punjabi Homestyle Palak Paneer | Cottage Cheese in Mildly Spiced Spinach Sauce

Image
One of the most popular dishes from Northern India , Palak Paneer counts no less than an exotic curry, truly making for a healthy yet delicious accompaniment to any Indian style flat bread like Naan, Parantha or even plain rice. Every household follows its own recipe to make this delectable curry, the one I am going to share today is a pure homestyle one with no addition of cream or cashew paste (although you are free to add the same to make it more creamier and richer). One thing more, I like to have my spinach sauce a bit tangy, so, I have used a good amount of tomatoes for its tempering. For those who like the gravy plain and simple, can just reduce the quantity of tomatoes to half. Now moving on to the ingredients and recipe.....    Palak Paneer | Cottage Cheese in Spiced Spinach Sauce Ingredients Washed and roughly chopped spinach - 6 cups Paneer cubes (preferably homemade) - 1 cup Garlic cloves (chopped) - 4 to 5 Ginger (chopped) - 1/2 inch Onions (finely
