Spring Rolls are one of the most loved snacks by almost everyone of us. But, for making them, one of the most essential requirements is of spring roll sheets or wrappers. While many a times, these sheets are easily available at supermarkets or grocery stores, however, there are instances when you can't find them so conveniently like for example, I wanted to make spring rolls during the lockdown, but the wrappers were unavailable everywhere, even online. So, in such cases what to do? Well, I decided to make them at home and trust me, they came out really well. I made a batch of veg spring rolls out of them and another batch I used for making Chicken Keema Samosas. Well, I shall be sharing the recipes of these two soon but, today let me share with you the complete recipe and procedure to make these spring roll sheets at home. Kulcha is a soft leavened bread made either using soda bicarb or yeast as a leavening agent.
