METHOD
  1. Start by greasing and lining a 7"X7" inch square baking pan with parchment paper. Keep aside.
  2. Sift flour, cocoa powder, cornflour, sugar and baking powder. Keep aside.
  3. Using a double boiler or microwave, melt the chocolate along with butter.
  4. Let the chocolate cool down a bit, then whisk in the eggs, one at a time.
  5. Also mix in vanilla essence.
  6. Now, fold in the dry flour mix in the wet mixture in 3 batches.
  7. Mix in some crushed oreo biscuits as well.
  8. Transfer the mixture in the lined baking pan.
  9. Even out using a spatula and then top with few more crushed oreo biscuits in an even layer.
  10. Pop the baking pan in the 180 degrees C preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with just few crumbs attached to it.
  11. Let the brownie cool down completely before cutting into squares.
  12. Enjoy warm with some vanilla ice-cream. Refrigerate the leftovers for 3 to 4 days. If you want, you can also make a double batch and freeze for about a month.
